E71T-1 is a gas-shielded carbon steel wire for fabrication of mild and low carbon steel, steel-structure construction ,bridge-building and pressure vessel grades. This all position wire provides good welding performance with 100% CO2. It provides consistent chemistry, steady arc, low spatter and an excellent bead appearance.

AWS A5.20E71T-1 is a kind of TI type flux cored wire for CO2 welding ,it has high cladding efficiency, good welding technical performance in all-position welding, apply for low carbon steel and 500MPA grade strength steel welding, such as ships, pressure vessels, mechanical equipments and bridges.

E71T-1 is a kind of Ti type flux-cored wire by CO2. It is applied for all-position welding which includes vertical down welding. When the welding is taken, there small splashes, and the electric arc is stable and gentle. Furthermore, it has high slag detach ability and beautiful shaped welding seam. It is superior to solid welding wires in cladding, welding technical performance and mechanical properties of deposited metal. It is used for the welding of low carbon steel and 500 grade strength steel of moderate thickness plates welding
